Beachwood Studios: Audio Production Team

From Dion, The Kinks, and Michael Stanley to Eric Carmen’s “Hungry Eyes” for the movie “Dirty Dancing” to Janet Jackson and Marie Osmond, Beachwood Studios has had a star-studded history in music production. That history continues with RealWorld Entertainment Corp., an independent music production company now based at Beachwood Studios. RealWorld taps into the cutting edge of new music, including developing new acts, writing and publishing material, and producing albums for record com-panies, utilizing the talents of music producers Lee Mars and Howard Perimuter.

A musician, composer and audio engineer, Lee has conducted sessions for musical, commercial and radio applications. He’s also been involved in live performance, playing keyboards on tour with international recording artists, “Nine Inch Nails.” Recently Lee was awarded a “Platinum Record” by Def Jam, a division of Columbia Records, for his support of the multi-platinum career sales of the rap group “Public Enemy.”

Howard has applied his diverse talents to many facets of the music industry, including writing, publish-ing, producing, promotion, distribution, and artist management. Since beginning his career in Cleveland radio, he has produced audio projects for many ad agencies and recording artists. Howard is acknowledged as a creative and innovative force in Cleveland’s private entertainment circuit.
